Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. We are committed to protecting the welfare of everyone who uses our services.

Our approach
We follow national safeguarding frameworks and work closely with local authorities, police, and specialist agencies. Every member of our staff completes safeguarding training and knows how to raise a concern.
Reporting a concern
- Call 999 in an emergency, or if a person is at immediate risk of harm.
- Contact our safeguarding lead: safeguarding@millpondhousing.co.uk or 01234 567 890.
- Report to your local authority safeguarding team.
What happens next
We take every concern seriously. Reports are handled by our trained safeguarding lead, treated confidentially, and escalated to the relevant agencies where necessary.
