Our commitment
Millpond Housing has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in every aspect of how we run our services and manage our supply chain.
Our people
All staff have the right to work checks completed, are paid at or above the Real Living Wage, and receive training on how to recognise the signs of exploitation among the residents we support.
Our suppliers
We work with contractors for maintenance, cleaning, and property services. We expect all suppliers to comply with the Modern Slavery Act and reserve the right to end contracts where standards are not met.
